I was commissioned to design the showroom for HT, a tile and stone retailer in Löddeköpinge. A full commission: concept development, floor plan, technical drawings, product selection, 3D visualisation, styling, lighting, procurement and project management.
A showroom should sell the feeling of a finished room, not just display material.
I drew the space as a sequence of settings. A bathroom corner where patterned cement tile meets a round mosaic floor and an oval mirror. A stone section with a book-matched slab behind a freestanding bath, marble samples set like sculpture on their own plinths. Zones in terracotta, concrete and marble, each with its own light.
The material gets to appear in context. The visitor no longer walks around looking at tile — they walk through rooms they want.
